We do not charge any restocking fees.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Velera Active will cover the return shipping cost.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)
We encourage customers to review product details and sizing carefully before placing an order. Returns for preference-based reasons, including incorrect item or size selection, may be limited and can require return shipping at the customer’s expense.
How to Start a Return

3. Ship the Return

Refund Process

After approval, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
